Ventennale esperienza nel settore ristorativo e gastronomico, grande impegno e professionalità grazie ai quali ha fondato “Il Mulino” definita da lui stesso “un’officina del Gusto”.
Docente di cucina e sala bar presso diversi Istituti Alberghieri di Stato. Food and Beverage Manager, esperto in gestione e amministrazione piccola e media impresa, tecnico delle attività alberghiere. Maestro cerimoniere, il Prof. Sebastiano Raciti è a capo di tutta l’organizzazione della Neraci Group, la brigata di cucina è infatti giornalmente da lui guidata nella scelta delle materie prime, nella preparazione di ogni pietanza e nella continua ricerca di nuovi abbinamenti in sintonia con la tradizione siciliana.
Anche per il personale di sala, il Prof. Sebastiano Raciti è costantemente un punto di riferimento da cui attingere conoscenza delle regole dell’arte del ricevere, esempio di cura dei dettagli e passione per rendere ogni banchetto un vero e proprio evento unico ed esclusivo.
